Hemmer Contracting L.L.C. is owned by Steven J. Hemmer who has 45 years of experience in project managing and estimating of civil, structural and architectural projects. Notable projects include a two-year structural rehab of the Poplar Street Bridge over the Mississippi and a 144-room dormitory at Scott Air Force Base. In addition to contracting Steve had taught project management and supervisor training for 20 years at the SIBA and has been teaching the OSHA 30 hour class for construction at Southwestern Illinois College. Hemmer Contracting L.L.C. bids projects as a General Contractor by building a team of highly qualified union subcontractors best fit for the individual project.
